
Today Dudinka hosts matches of the second day of the Arctic Curling Cup.
Russians Anastasia Bryzgalova and Alexei Timofeev played with Gina Aitken and Duncan Menzies from Scotland, who yesterday in their first game defeated Sweden 10-3.
The Russians won each of the first three ends with a score of 1-0. The Scots their first points scored only in the 4th end, in which they won two rocks. In the fifth end Bryzgalova and Timofeev played the most successfully, they won three rocks and have led 6-2. After 7th end Russia led 8-4. In the last end the Russians confidently controlled the game, and the Scots recognized the defeat until the last rock. As a result, 8-4 in favor of Bryzgalova and Timofeev. After the game,Anastasia noted that both teams allowed a significan number of errors, but during the tournament they should play better. Today in evening session Bryzgalova and Timofeev will play with the Swedes.

On the next track at the same time met the team of the Czech Republic and Sweden. After 8 ends it was draw 9-9, but in extra end Zuzana Hajkova brought her team a victory with a score of 11-9. Czechs became the first team to win two matches in Dudinka.
